GT200-J120C系列 ( 永磁電機)電動機保護器 ( 以下簡稱保護器 ) 與交流接觸器組成電動機保護控制電路。主要用于交流50Hz/60Hz、額定電壓400V-690V、額定電流一次至120A及以下的三相異步電動機在常規(guī)負載，無特殊要求情況下運行中可能出現(xiàn)的斷相、連載、堵轉(zhuǎn)、阻塞、三相不平衡等故障進行保護。它具有抗干擾能力強，工作穩(wěn)定可靠、精度高、安裝調(diào)試簡單方便等特點。

功能特征：

1、完善的保護功能： 由于保護器內(nèi)部設(shè)有冷態(tài)、熱態(tài)過載保護特性K系數(shù)曲線檢測電路及不平衡檢測電路，故能夠?qū)﹄妱訖C起動和運行過程中可能出現(xiàn)的斷相、過載、堵 轉(zhuǎn)、阻塞、三相不平衡等故障均采用反時限特性進行保護，解決了電動機在起動時過載、堵轉(zhuǎn)不保護難題。

2、高可靠性：具有冷態(tài)起動延時時間長，熱態(tài)過載動作迅捷的特點，可以滿足常規(guī)負載，無特殊要求情況下運行的電動機的要求；由于保護器的斷相檢測環(huán)節(jié)，過電流檢測環(huán)節(jié)互相獨立，這樣不管是輕負荷、重負荷時斷相、過載，不管是起動時還是運行中斷相、過載，使電動機在整個工作過程中均能可靠保護。

3、明確的狀態(tài)指示： 保護器設(shè)有電流刻度指示，實行旋鈕線性量化整定電流，用戶只要根據(jù)電動機的額定電流值進行調(diào)節(jié)即可，操作簡單、方便。 設(shè)有正常運行指示和動作保護后的故障狀態(tài)記憶指示。正常工作時，運行指示燈亮，由于保護器內(nèi)部延時電路按積分Ｋ系數(shù)曲線進行計算，運行指示燈隨負載電流情況的大小作不同頻次的閃爍，當電機過載時，保護器動作后， 過載保護指示燈點亮，當出現(xiàn)斷相或三相電流不平衡故障時，保護器動作后，斷相指示燈點亮，保 護器在不同故障保護動作后，相應(yīng)故障指示燈點亮并鎖定，方便判定故障原因。

4、科學化的控制： 由于保護器GT200-J的輔助觸頭輸出接口為獨立兩組常開形式，保護器接通電源后保護輸出輔助觸頭 95、96 閉合，保護故障脫扣時，保護輸出輔助觸頭 95、96為斷開狀態(tài)。報警輸出輔助觸頭97、98為閉合狀態(tài)。如果保護器自身故障時，輸出輔助觸頭95、96、97、98均為斷開狀態(tài)，故控制方式更理性化。

5、安裝接線簡單、方便：為適應(yīng)不同用戶的安裝需求，各個殼架等級采取不同的安裝方式，貫穿式固定及導軌安裝。 大電流采用電纜一次性互感器穿芯，可與主回路完全隔離，適用于不同電壓等級的要求。

6、熱功率記憶： 保護器對電動機運行時的熱量積累和停機后的熱量衰減均保持動態(tài)跟蹤、記憶；過流動作保護后，復位時間與熱狀態(tài)記憶成正比，解決了電動機保護器不能適應(yīng)于負載頻繁變化的電動機使用場合。
